Orders are baked in fresh weekend batches for Saturday and Sunday. Pickup is 8am–12pm in Ara Damansara. Delivery runs 9am–6pm, with your preferred one-hour time chosen in the cart. It’s a preference rather than a guaranteed exact arrival time, because rider timing can vary.

Order Monday–Thursday for the coming weekend. Orders placed Friday–Sunday are for the following weekend, so every batch can be planned and baked fresh.

Ara Damansara, Saturday or Sunday, 8am–12pm. The full pickup address is shared after your order is confirmed. Your box is packed, chilled, and labelled with your name.

Klang Valley only for now, by GrabExpress bike. Fees are by distance from Ara Damansara: RM5 for 0–5km, RM9 for 5–10km, RM13 for 10–15km, RM16 for 15–20km, RM20 for 20–25km, and RM30 for select areas beyond 25km where riders are available. Select Ship and enter your postcode at checkout to see the available rate before payment.

For condos, apartments, offices, and guarded buildings, delivery is to the lobby, guardhouse, reception, or a car-accessible drop-off point — unless we arrange something else together first.

16 pieces (RM49) in a 7 × 7 × 2.5-inch box, 25 pieces (RM69) in a 9 × 9 × 2.5-inch box, or 36 pieces (RM99) in an 11 × 11 × 2.5-inch box. Every flavour comes in all three sizes, one flavour per box. Not yet. Launch boxes are one flavour per box so the weekend batch stays smooth. Mixed boxes are on the wishlist once operations are ready.

Yes — message cards are free. Add your wording in the cart before checkout and it travels with the order.

Keep chilled once received. Don’t freeze. Best enjoyed the same day, and consume within 2–3 days.

The tarts contain dairy, eggs, and wheat/gluten. We don’t make halal claims for now. If you’re unsure about any ingredient, message us before ordering.

Message us within 2 hours of receiving your box, with your order number and clear photos or a video. If the issue was on our side, we’ll sort out the fairest next step.

Please make sure someone can receive the box during your chosen window. If the rider can’t reach anyone, the delivery fee can’t be refunded, and a second attempt may need another delivery fee.

Full payment happens at Shopify checkout with the payment methods shown there — that’s what locks in your weekend box. We don’t take orders by DM anymore, but we’re always happy to help you decide in DMs first.

The tarts are planned as fresh weekend batches, not daily shelf stock. It keeps the batch fresh, gives the kitchen enough lead time, and makes pickup or delivery easier to manage properly.
