Refund and cancellation policy

Baker Homies sells fresh weekend batch cheese tarts by paid pre-order. Because each order is planned around a selected Saturday or Sunday batch, cancellations and changes are easiest before the weekly cutoff.

Cancellations and changes

  • Need to change or cancel your order? Message us at least 48 hours before your selected pickup or delivery window.
  • Changes are subject to batch capacity and may not be possible after the Thursday cutoff.
  • Once your order has been prepared, packed, handed to delivery, or collected, we cannot cancel or refund it.

Damaged, wrong, or missing items

If something arrives damaged or not as ordered, message us within 2 hours of receiving your tarts with your order number and clear photos or video. If the issue was on our side, we will arrange a replacement, partial refund, or refund depending on the situation.

Delivery and pickup issues

Please make sure the recipient is available and contactable during the selected delivery window. If the rider cannot reach the recipient, the delivery fee is not refundable. A second delivery attempt may be arranged if available, with an additional delivery fee.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items that have been eaten, stored incorrectly, left unrefrigerated, missed at pickup, or affected by delivery issues outside our control.

Food safety note

Keep chilled once received. Do not freeze. Best enjoyed within 2–3 days.
