Delivery and pickup policy

Baker Homies launches with planned weekend handoff only. Orders are for Saturday or Sunday fresh weekend batches and must be paid at Shopify checkout to be confirmed.

Pickup

Pickup is available at Lotus’s Ara Damansara on Saturday or Sunday, 10am–1pm. Please bring your order confirmation. Exact handoff details may be shared after your paid order is confirmed.

Delivery area

Delivery is Klang Valley only at launch. Choose Local Delivery in cart, enter your postcode, then continue to checkout if delivery is available for your area. Checkout collects your full address so the delivery fee can be confirmed based on distance from Lotus’s Ara Damansara.

• 3pm–5pm

Delivery fees

• 0–5km: RM5
• 5–10km: RM9
• 10–15km: RM13
• 15–20km: RM16
• 20–25km: RM20
• More than 25km: RM30 if available

High-rise, office, and guarded-building delivery

For condos, apartments, offices, and guarded buildings, delivery is to the lobby, guardhouse, reception, or car-accessible drop-off point unless otherwise arranged.

Failed delivery

Please make sure someone is available and contactable during the selected session. If the rider cannot reach the recipient, the delivery fee is not refundable. A second delivery attempt may be arranged if available, with an additional delivery fee.

Receiving your order

Keep chilled once received. Do not freeze. Best enjoyed within 2–3 days.
